• Redact with Care: Before you upload, redact any sensitive information such as your NRIC number. The key details that need to be visible are your name, the qualifications obtained, and the awarding institution.

• Privacy Assured: Rest easy knowing that your certificates are strictly for our eyes only. They will not be displayed or shared with clients; this process is solely for internal verification purposes.

Attaining the "Profile-Qualified" Status

• Upload and Go: Log into your tutor portal, navigate to the media library, and upload your documents. Once verified, you'll be officially "Profile-Qualified" – a green light to start applying for tuition assignments.

• Stand Out: While your certificates are for our internal checks, this status will enhance your profile, letting potential clients know you've been thoroughly vetted and are ready to lead them to academic success.
